Depending on the scope of your project, you may work with more than one assistant to be sure you are always receiving the “best of the best”

Hours may vary from month to month, as long as the minimum is met, so you have the flexibility you need for the ebbs and flows of your business.

Your hours may vary month to month depending on your business needs, as long as the minimum of 20 hours is met.
Yes, 2 hours per month.
If you will be using 40 or more hours per month which is outlined in your contract, additional hours may be rolled over.
The minimum commitment is 20 hours per month while working with your dedicated virtual assistant team.
Our Operations Manager will send a weekly report to inform you of the time used and what is remaining.
If at any time you want to check in, you can simply as your project manager.
No, You will have your own personal dedicated virtual assistant team.
Your dream team will only change if they are no longer working with Virtually Empowered, if they are sick or on vacation, or if it is a project outside of their skillset in which case we will bring in another team member.
Your project manager will review the project with you and plan for the coming month to determine an estimate of time.
Don’t worry, your project manager always has her eye on your budget.
Once it gets close if it looks like it might go over the budget, you will have the option of going over the budget for up to 5 hours or we can pause when your current budget has been exhausted and start up again the following month.
Yes, of course.
If it looks like it will put you over budget for more than 5 hours, we will simply send an invoice for the additional time.
That being said, we do our best to plan the month at the beginning of the month so we can ensure the availability and deliverables.
We have a project manager assigned to your project.
The project manager will ensure that deliverables are met and that everyone has what they need. You may choose to meet with your project manager weekly or monthly as needed.
We have an open-door policy for communication. We ask that first, you discuss it privately with your project manager to see if it is something that can be resolved. If it cannot be resolved, we can pair you with another assistant.
That being said we pride ourselves in matching you with an assistant that not only meets the skills of your project but is most personally compatible as well. With a team of over 40 rockstars, we do pretty well finding the perfect match!
We do this for several reasons!
After evaluating the needs of our clients over nearly 10 years, we have found that 5 hours per week or 1 hour per day is the perfect mix of magic for most clients.
We also do not want team members on too many projects. By limiting how many projects they are working on, it is far easier to put their heart and dedication 110% into a project without being stretched too thin.
You deserve the best of the best, and this is why we have these guidelines in place.
No Problem! We have clients well over 100 hours per month and with a team of 40 we always have extra hands to help out!
Each month we will check in with you to review your goals for the coming month.
Absolutely! We believe in relationship building – so full transparency here!
You may book a call with your virtual assistant or correspond with them in the project management software.
You will have full access to speak with your project manager and virtual assistant team.
The only thing we ask is that the communication remains within our project management software. Our reason for doing this is so that in the event your assistant needs coverage, all the notes are accessible for an easy transition.
