As cliche as that sounds, it does precisely what the name implies. This app uses the principles of the infamous Pomodoro method for those who feel submerged by daily tasks. It was specifically created to improve your focus and eliminate any anxiety you might have with time.

2. Remember The Milk

RTM provides you with all the functionality you’d need, with regards to helping you to stop procrastinating on finishing the job.

This tool is available as a web-based software, but you can also access it through various mobile devices running on iOS, Android, or BlackBerry’s operating system. Besides that, you can also integrate it with several different online services such as your Gmail accounts, Google Calendar, MS Outlook, Evernote, or even Twitter. Many don't know this, but yes, you can add tasks via your Twitter account(s).
